Introduction to Corex Linux

Welcome to the official documentation. Corex Linux is a lightweight, Debian-based distribution designed to restore performance to older hardware while providing a modern experience.

Why Corex?

Unlike modern Windows versions which require significant RAM and CPU power, Corex is optimized for efficiency. We strip away the telemetry and bloatware to give you a pure computing experience.

Quick Start Commands

Since Corex is based on Debian, you use the apt package manager. Here is how to update your system immediately after installation:

$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt upgrade -y
